In-Store Raffle Competition
Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Warner Music Group ("Promoter").

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

The competition opens on:

Sydney
Tuesday 10th February at 9.30am and closes on xxx at xxxpm.

Brisbane
Tuesday 17th February at 9.00am and closes on xxx at xxxpm.

Melbourne
Monday 23rd February at 10am and closes on xxx at xxxpm.

Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

• To enter, eligible customers must complete an entry form in-store during the Competition Period and submit it as instructed by store staff.
• No purchase is necessary to enter.
• Limit of one entry per person.

5. Prize

• The prize at each location consists of 2x tickets to Ed Sheeran's Loop Tour including a meet and greet post show.
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• Any additional costs associated with attending the event (including travel, accommodation, food, and beverages) are the responsibility of the winner.
• Attendance at the event is subject to the venue's entry conditions and age restrictions.

6. Draw Details

• The winner will be selected by random draw conducted on the 12th in Sydney, 19th in Brisbane and 25th in Melbourne.
• The draw will be conducted by a representative of the Promoter.

7. Winner Notification

• The winner will be notified using the contact details provided on the entry form within 24 hours of the draw.
• If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

8. Unclaimed Prize Draw

• The redraw winner will be notified in the same manner as the original winner.

9. Prize Delivery / Collection

• Prize delivery or collection details will be provided directly to the winner.
• Proof of identity may be required to claim the prize.

10. Privacy

• Personal information collected as part of this competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition.
• Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy and will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law.

11. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition if circumstances arise outside of its reasonable control.
• To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any person arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize.

12. Permits

• This competition is conducted in accordance with the relevant laws of Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. No permits are required.
